About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide customer support at external facilities to ensure satisfaction
- Install, repair, maintain, and test equipment on-site
- Diagnose and resolve technical, mechanical, and chemical issues
- Generate detailed service, daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Manage complete EHS activities and ensure safety compliance at customer sites
- Manage inventory of chemical stock and coordinate timely shipments
- Guide, motivate, and manage a team of technicians
- Train customers on water treatment chemicals and system operations
Requirements
- 3 to 8 years of relevant experience
- B.Sc., M.Sc., B.Tech., or Diploma in Chemical Engineering
- Proficiency in troubleshooting technical and chemical systems
- Ability to monitor and analyze equipment performance
