Field Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Provide operations and maintenance expertise on water treatment systems including media filtration, softening, and reverse osmosis
• Carry out mechanical, electrical, and controls preventative maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment such as valves, pumps, and blowers
• Perform analytical testing including turbidity, hardness, chlorine, pH, CO2, O2, SDI, and TOC
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and chemical supplies
• Create site paperwork and provide technical summaries of work performed to customers
• Ensure contract compliance regarding volume and quality specifications
• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and calibration routines on instruments

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or international equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in service or maintenance within an industrial environment
• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to work in industrial and largely outdoor settings
• Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, and basic databases
• Ability to use hand tools, calibrated tools, and analytical instrumentation
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in cramped or difficult-to-reach spaces

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor or Associates Degree in Science, Engineering (STEM), or a technical certificate in Instrumentation
