Field Service Representative - Pilots

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, test and maintain mechanical and electrical equipment including pumps, valves, chemical dosing equipment, and online probes
• Perform collection and analysis of water samples
• Communicate daily with project managers regarding issues or abnormalities
• Train customer operators on pilot equipment operation
• Conduct all activities in compliance with safety policies
• Maintain a professional and organized job site

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Engineering or a related field, or a college diploma
• Practical experience with mechanical and/or electrical equipment
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Fluency in English (written and verbal)
• Ability to travel within Canada and the USA for 5 to 21 days
• Ability to perform light manual tasks including lifting and using hand/power tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with water treatment equipment
• Fluency in French
• Ability to travel internationally
