Field Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site daily support for a government-off-the-shelf (GOTS) solution at PACAF.
• Train users on proper software use, best practices, and emerging technologies.
• Manage user and group accounts within the software system.
• Interface with stakeholders to assess, collect, and document software requirements and user stories.
• Produce standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs).
• Test new software releases and assist with frequent solution deployments.
• Compile and organize data into clear, accurate reports for mission impact.
• Travel to customer sites across the AOR to provide remote training and support.

Requirements

• Proficiency with hardware, software, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Experience documenting, analyzing, and reviewing software requirements for complex systems.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays when required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Active Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of customer-facing experience in a technical, operational, or consulting role.
• Experience conducting or supporting military operations and/or exercises.
• Experience working within small, agile teams.
