Field Service Representative I

Responsibilities

• Serve healthcare clients by managing the delivery, pickup, and maintenance of medical device equipment
• Build and maintain superior customer relationships with hospital staff and patients
• Prepare medical device equipment through cleaning, disinfecting, and quality control processes
• Manage inventory control for assets, parts, disposables, and supplies
• Load and unload medical equipment from company vehicles
• Perform general housekeeping of the facility and maintain documentation

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or higher
• One (1) year of customer-facing experience in a private, public, government, or military environment
• Current, valid Driver’s License
• Ability to drive a company vehicle (subject to motor vehicle history review)

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher
• Ability to work non-traditional schedules, including evenings, weekends, and on-call duties
• Ability to meet physical requirements of the position as defined by Job Safety Analysis
