About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver, pick up, and maintain cutting-edge medical device equipment for healthcare clients
- Build and cultivate superior customer relationships with hospital staff and patients
- Prepare medical device equipment through cleaning, disinfecting, and quality control processes
- Manage inventory control for assets, parts, disposables, and supplies
- Load and unload medical equipment from company vehicles
- Perform general housekeeping of the facility and maintain documentation
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least one year of customer-facing experience
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving history
- Ability to work a non-traditional schedule, including evenings, weekends, and on-call duties
- Physical fitness to meet the requirements of equipment handling and loading/unloading
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher from an accredited institution
- Strong time management and ability to work independently
- Proven adaptability and customer service skills
