Bachelor's degree and 9+ years experience, DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification, US Citizenship, Ability to obtain TS/SCI

Perform high-level operational maintenance, support, and upgrades for complex operating systems, workstations, and servers
Coordinate and perform complex software installations and upgrades to operating systems and layered software packages
Monitor and tune multiple systems to achieve optimum performance levels
Ensure workstation and server data integrity through appropriate software and hardware solutions
Develop and implement system backup and database archive operations for data recoverability
Plan and implement server modernization
Conduct hardware and software audits to ensure compliance with established standards and configuration guidelines
Develop and implement new standard operating procedures, policies, and schedules

Bachelor's degree with 9+ years of experience, or Master's degree with 7+ years of experience
Current DoD 8570 IA Baseline Certification, IAT Level II (e.g., Security+ CE, CCNA Security, CYSA+)
US Citizenship required
Ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance

Experience using ServiceNow, Remedy, or similar ticketing systems
Experience managing and troubleshooting Windows Server Operating Systems in virtual and physical environments (e.g., VMware or HyperVisor)
Experience with Microsoft Active Directory networks and associated services (DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, DFS)
Experience with file and data permissions on network-hosted file shares and storage (e.g., NetApp, NTFS)
