Field Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Provide insightful feedback and data on recurrent issues to enhance customer service
• Deliver exceptional customer service by responding swiftly to inquiries from the Builder organization
• Foster and maintain positive customer relationships by gathering feedback from stakeholders
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with technical teams to address customer needs
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly and efficiently
• Regularly generate detailed and analytical service reports
• Collaborate with other departments to identify root causes and implement solutions
• Assess customer requirements and offer expert advice and recommendations
• Establish trust-based relationships with customers to ensure long-term satisfaction

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of Componentized metal buildings
• Ability to read technical drawings
• 3+ years in Componentized metal buildings or roof and wall systems preferred
• 3+ years in Field Service or Customer Service roles preferred
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Oracle R12, and CRM
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Ability to travel periodically (approximately 10%)
