About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide feedback and data regarding reoccurring issues
- Maintain customer relations through timely responses to inquiries
- Communicate and coordinate technical issues to support customer needs
- Perform troubleshooting and resolve issues in external facilities
- Produce frequent and analytical service reports
- Coordinate with departments for root cause analysis and solutions
- Discern customer needs and offer professional advice or recommendations
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of PEMB and ability to read blueprints
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical education, certification, or relevant experience
- 5+ years of experience in building erection
- 5+ years of experience in PEMB drafting or engineering
- 5+ years of experience in PEMB manufacturing
- 5+ years of experience in Field Service or Customer Service
