About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide onsite and remote technical and non-technical support to designated Bombardier aircraft operators and service centers.
- Act as a brand ambassador, assisting with aircraft operations and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Be available 24/7 to assist with customer or Service Center issues as required.
- Interact with all levels of customer organizations, including owners, executives, and flight crews.
- Assist in adjudicating warranty, engineering, parts, and SMART SERVICES issues.
- Educate and coordinate technical items such as Service Bulletins, Advisory Wires, and technical publications.
- Provide factual, concise reports to customers and internal Bombardier departments.
- Promote Bombardier Mobile Response Team and Service Center services to operators.
Requirements
- College diploma in Aviation Maintenance or 5 years of business jet maintenance experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of aviation experience in the maintenance, modification, and repair of jet aircraft.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel occasionally (less than 10%), including potential international travel.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong computer skills and ability to adapt to various software environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) endorsement.
- Knowledge of Bombardier Service Center policies, manpower, and role definitions.
- Extensive knowledge of Learjet, Challenger, and Global platform aircraft.
