Field Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support, including installation, corrective maintenance, and preventative maintenance for medical device robotic systems.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues to resolve root causes and improve customer satisfaction.
• Update equipment and software as required.
• Conduct follow-up visits to meet customer needs and provide training on system maintenance.
• Prepare and write detailed service reports in accordance with internal standard operating procedures.
• Participate in continuous improvement of departmental practices.

Requirements

• DEP or DEC in mechanical engineering, industrial mechanics, automation, or relevant technical training.
• 2+ years of experience in a field service role or similar position involving automation and technical service.
• Fluency in English (reading, speaking, and writing).
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for a minimum of 3 years.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 70 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Availability for up to 60% travel, including local, overnight, and occasional travel to the USA for training.
• Flexibility to work rotational schedules, including weekends (this is a 12-month contract role).

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional experience with pharmacy automation or dispensing systems.
• Bilingualism in French.
