Field Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Perform daily maintenance and inspection of avionic or mechanic systems
• Provide CONUS and OCONUS deployment support for mission systems maintenance
• Advise on logistics and operation of advanced electronic, electro-optic, radar avionics, and laser systems
• Provide on-site engineering assistance, troubleshooting, and technical advice to customer personnel
• Assist with equipment installation, calibration, troubleshooting, and intermediate level repair
• Instruct on the use of special tools, handling equipment, and test equipment
• Interpret technical orders, Engineering Change Proposals, and related technical publications
• Monitor shop maintenance and safety practices to ensure compliance
• Interface with customer personnel at all levels and act as a liaison for maintenance and operational problems

Requirements

• 4-10 years of relevant experience
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, drawings, and block diagrams
• Extensive experience with avionic or mechanic systems, preferably AEVEX hardware with DOD agencies
• Experience in troubleshooting, operation, modification, and inspection methods
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret DoD clearance
• U.S. Citizenship required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AEVEX systems hardware in service with DOD agencies worldwide
