About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative, logistic, and customer support to the Technical Service organization
- Manage medical device records, service contract set-up, and invoicing
- Support Field Service Engineers with administrative tasks and spare parts logistics
- Track and manage service cases using ServiceMax and SAP systems
- Coordinate spare parts orders, stock maintenance, and timely returns
- Ensure compliance with GxP regulations and strictly follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Maintain accurate documentation and support preventive maintenance planning
Requirements
- College level qualification or equivalent
- Up to 2 years of work experience, ideally in an administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluent communication skills in both Czech and English
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and data integrity
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a changing environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
- Experience with SAP and Salesforce CRM (ServiceMax) systems
