Field Service Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support, installation, repair, maintenance, and testing for MS-110 reconnaissance pod systems and ground exploitation systems to international military units.
• Relocate to an assigned international country for the duration of the contract.
• Utilize general and specialized test equipment to troubleshoot and check out complex systems.
• Perform work on flight lines, aircraft, and ground support equipment at customer sites.
• Provide viable courses of action to customers through timely assessment and analysis.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in the maintenance and testing of complex electro-optical systems.
• 8+ years of experience in computer networks maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret schematic diagrams, system data flow charts, and technical descriptions.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Strong problem-solving skills and excellent interpersonal communication skills, especially when working with non-native English speakers.

Preferred Qualifications

• Military background with specific experience in avionics maintenance.
• Experience in network system administration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• 2-year Engineering Degree.
