Field Service Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and coach a team of 8-12 field technicians to ensure high-quality customer service
• Support new employees through training and ongoing professional development
• Conduct on-site inspections to evaluate service quality and adherence to safety standards
• Train technicians on changing processes, procedures, and new technologies
• Improve team performance by working hands-on alongside technicians in the field
• Manage fleet-related processes, including vehicle maintenance and upkeep
• Address escalated customer and employee issues to ensure resolution

Requirements

• Strong competency in leading, developing, mentoring, and coaching teams
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 75 pounds
• Ability to safely climb a 40 ft. ladder with tools and equipment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
• Ability to write professional reports and correspondence
