Field Service Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Field Service Technicians to ensure high-quality customer service
• Conduct on-site inspections to evaluate performance and ensure adherence to safety standards
• Support new employees through training and ongoing professional development
• Train technicians on changing processes, procedures, and new technologies
• Improve team performance by working hands-on alongside technicians in the field
• Manage fleet-related processes, including vehicle maintenance and upkeep
• Address and resolve escalated customer or employee issues

Requirements

• Strong competency in leading, mentoring, and coaching teams
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 75 pounds
• Ability to safely climb a 40 ft. ladder
• Ability to work in various climates and small spaces
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including 45+ hours per week and weekends
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and technical manuals
