Field Service Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Field Service Technicians to ensure high-quality customer service
• Conduct on-site inspections to evaluate performance and adherence to safety standards
• Support new employees through training and ongoing professional development
• Train technicians on changing processes, procedures, and new technologies
• Manage fleet-related processes, including vehicle maintenance and upkeep
• Address escalated customer and employee issues to ensure 100% satisfaction
• Work hands-on alongside technicians to improve individual and team performance

Requirements

• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
• Ability to write professional reports and correspondence
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 75 pounds
• Ability to safely climb a 40 ft. ladder
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including 45+ hours per week and weekends
• Ability to work in small spaces and various weather climates
