Field Service Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise a group of 4-5 field engineers
• Coordinate personnel, equipment, and schedules for field testing of generators, motors, transformers, and circuit breakers
• Perform field testing including EMI, PD, Acoustic Monitoring, and Off-line Electrical Testing
• Provide technical training and oversight to field engineers and customers
• Review technical client reports and perform QA reviews
• Collaborate with sales teams to define project scope and feasibility for field-testing proposals
• Represent the company in industry forums and technical committees
• Present technical and promotional materials at seminars and industry events

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
• 3 years of experience in EMI testing of rotating machines
• 5 years of experience in PD testing of transformers
• 2 years of experience performing QA reviews of technical client reports
• 2 years of experience managing personnel and equipment logistics
• 2 years of experience participating in technical industry committees

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering
• Experience delivering technical presentations
• Strong project management and fiscal responsibility skills
• Fluency in Spanish to support the LATAM market
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
