Field Service Manager

Responsibilities

• Actively pursue new business and conduct service presentations
• Deliver on service agreements and increase customer satisfaction
• Maintain direct contact with current and prospective customers
• Manage the selection, preparation, and training of field service staff
• Monitor technician performance daily against weekly service KPIs
• Manage work allocation and labour productivity within the designated area
• Identify and address performance shortfalls and implement continuous improvements

Requirements

• Management experience with the ability to lead and motivate a team
• Proven track record in Materials Handling, Automotive, or Capital Equipment industries
• Experience managing a customer base and pursuing new business
• Strong negotiation, verbal, and written communication skills
• Tertiary qualifications in business or related fields highly regarded
