Field Service Lead

Responsibilities

• Support customer technology evaluation, tactical integration, and field deployment of Maritime Intelligence systems
• Lead development and execution of operational exercise plans including safety, logistics, and deployment planning
• Lead deployment and operation of Maritime Intelligence systems in real-world marine environments
• Capture mission-relevant sensor data and ensure data fidelity and security
• Serve as primary liaison during demonstrations with customers and government evaluators
• Lead installation, commissioning, customer training, and onboarding support
• Provide technical troubleshooting and manage warranty and repair processes
• Manage orders, inventory, warehousing, shipping, customs, and RMA processing
• Deliver post-mission reports with actionable insights for Navy sponsors and product development teams

Requirements

• 5-8+ years of experience in operations, military system use, or product delivery
• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Operations, or a related field
• U.S. citizenship required
• Ability to obtain U.S. security clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with software, oceanographic sensors, underwater vehicles, or maritime systems
• Military experience
• Familiarity with defense programs or DoD R&D contracts
• Experience deploying systems in harsh marine environments
