Field Service Graduate Intern

Responsibilities

• Perform basic and routine technical support and troubleshooting for customers both onsite and remotely under supervision
• Assist with product installations and routine maintenance following established safety protocols and standard operating procedures
• Accurately document all service activities, diagnostics, and parts used within the Service Management System
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating complex issues to senior staff when necessary
• Support senior technicians during advanced repairs and installations by providing tools and following technical guidance
• Participate actively in training sessions to develop technical skills and stay updated on new products and procedures

Requirements

• National Diploma in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent qualification
• No prior professional experience required

Preferred Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge in engineering fundamentals
• Interest in technical support, troubleshooting, and product repair
• Strong documentation and reporting skills
• Understanding of regulatory requirements in a technical environment
