About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform basic and routine technical support and troubleshooting for customers both onsite and remotely.
- Follow detailed instructions and safety protocols to ensure proper product functioning and compliance with standards.
- Execute varied assignments and resolve issues using pre-defined standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Accurately document all service records, including diagnostics and parts used, within the Service Management System.
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating complex issues to senior technicians.
- Support senior technicians during product installations and repairs.
- Participate in training sessions to improve technical skills and stay updated on the latest products.
Requirements
- National Diploma in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
- No prior professional experience required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical support and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong documentation and reporting abilities.
- Knowledge of product repair, maintenance, and installation.
- Understanding of engineering fundamentals and regulatory requirements.
