Responsibilities

  • Manage field operations and provide technical support and troubleshooting for on-site issues
  • Provide technical guidance to internal teams and customers
  • Adhere to safety protocols, quality standards, and uptime management
  • Coordinate with local Distribution Companies (DISCOMs) regarding EV power supply issues
  • Cultivate relationships with landlords, Charge Point Operators, and business owners
  • Serve as the central point of contact for local operations teams in the territory

Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in managing service operations within EV charging stations or cell tower industries
  • High sense of ownership and agility
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
