Field Service Engineer

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and run assigned projects and planned maintenance (PM) to ensure high-quality service delivery on time and within budget
• Perform startups, maintenance, and emergency repairs for UPS, battery, power distribution, and site monitoring equipment
• Maintain accuracy of customer listings by reporting issues
• Assist in ensuring a minimum 90% planned maintenance completion rate
• Establish and maintain excellent rapport with customers, salesmen, and distributors

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent
• Experience in technical service or testing of electrical/electronic equipment
• Experience with UPS or Power Electronics preferred
• Previous field service experience
• Valid driving license
• Ability to work after hours and weekends, sometimes at short notice
• Ability to travel daily to customer sites

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to plan, organize, and manage time effectively under pressure
