Field Service Engineer

Responsibilities

• Installation, commissioning, maintenance, optimization, and repair of sensor-based sorters
• Ensuring maximum performance of TOMRA sorting systems in the field
• Delivering exceptional customer experiences through effective communication and support
• Optimizing sorting systems and processes by sampling and testing
• Identifying opportunities to add value through complementary products and services
• Acting as a link between customers and Headquarters to provide market feedback

Requirements

• Completed secondary technical school (FP2) or higher in electrician, electronics, automation, or industrial maintenance
• Willingness to travel 80% or more
• In-depth knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting
• Proficiency in computer programs, PC configuration, and network structures
• Native Italian and proficient English
• Full clean driving license
• Experience in industrial preventive and curative maintenance is a plus
• Knowledge of metal scrap business and recycling processes is a plus
