About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform installation, calibration, and maintenance (both preventive and corrective) of medical equipment
- Focus on ophthalmic surgical equipment, specifically within the refractive surgery field
- Maintain detailed records of all services executed and submit service reports
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction regarding response times, performance, and quality metrics
Requirements
- Technical degree in Engineering, Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related fields
- Previous professional experience working with medical equipment
- Proficiency in English
- Basic IT knowledge, including hardware formatting, software installation, and network configuration
- Valid driver's license (CNH)
- Full availability for travel throughout Brazil
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience specifically within the Ophthalmology field
