Field Service Engineer

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site installation, maintenance, and upgrade activities for solar energy and battery storage products
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers to resolve inquiries and issues
• Collaborate with project management teams during commissioning and site acceptance phases
• Ensure strict compliance with operational procedures and all health & safety regulations
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for service contracts

Requirements

• Degree in electrical engineering or a strong electrician background
• Fluency in both English and French (C1 level)
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively across France
• Availability for on-call duties to provide timely support
• Previous experience with battery storage solutions is a plus
• Knowledge of the European solar energy market (PV, ESS, and EV charging) is highly advantageous
• Mandarin language skills are a beneficial plus
