Field Service Engineer

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of dispatched customer issues and deliver effective service solutions.
• Perform onsite installation, commissioning, repair, maintenance, testing, and upgrades.
• Support resources and project managers during commissioning and site acceptance services.
• Follow all operational procedures, processes, and health and safety regulations.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and work instructions for service contracts.
• Provide analytical service reports to support Europe Service Management.
• Participate in the claim management and RMA process.
• Manage service tools and ensure appropriate calibration processes.
• Perform on-call duties, including occasional weekends and nights.

Requirements

• Education as an Electrical Technician or Engineer.
• Strong knowledge of AC/DC and Low/Medium Voltage systems.
• Proficiency in both Italian and English (minimum B2 level).
• Valid driving license.
• Health & Safety training for construction site access, including electrical-specific training.
• Willingness to travel up to 60%.
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Battery Storage solutions.
• Proven experience managing customers in critical or high-pressure situations.
