Field Service Engineer

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support, including equipment commissioning, troubleshooting, and repairs
• Perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs to optimize equipment functionality
• Deliver operator training and ongoing service support to customers
• Assist the sales team with equipment demonstrations and technical expertise
• Document service activities and maintain detailed engineering logs and service reports
• Evaluate system performance and components to ensure accuracy and reliability

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of electronics experience
• Foundational understanding of electrical theory
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
• Ability to travel 75-80% of the time throughout North America
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 40 lbs
• Ability to stand for extended periods and climb stairs as needed
