Field Service Engineer

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections, repairs, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting on filling machine lines at customer facilities.
• Prepare technical reports and documentation regarding customer claims for relevant departments.
• Provide technical advice to customers and support service account managers.
• Manage on-site personnel and oversee the installation or modification of filling lines as required.
• Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and quality standards to ensure safe packaging production.
• Follow environmental management (ISO 14001) and occupational health and safety (ISO 45001) protocols.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 3 years of professional experience in a similar field service role.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Full availability for flexible scheduling and willingness to travel.
