Field Service Engineer

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain filling and packaging machines in the field
• Perform routine scheduled maintenance and respond to equipment faults or emergencies
• Diagnose breakdown problems and analyze malfunctions to ensure effective operation
• Study blueprints, schematics, and manuals to set up machines or perform upgrades
• Document all inspections, maintenance, and service work in a timely manner
• Consult with engineering personnel to resolve complex system operation issues
• Advise management on customer satisfaction and product performance improvements
• Ensure compliance with all company health, safety, and environmental policies

Requirements

• Vocational training in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a related technical field
• Strong knowledge of automation technology, preferably in the food, beverage, or packaging industries
• Experience with process control systems including PLC, LMS, MES, and Industrial PCs
• Experience managing software updates and troubleshooting distributed automated systems
• Willingness to travel 100% during the week within Europe (primarily Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Hungary)
• Valid car driving license
• Fluency in both Czech and English (written and spoken)
