About the role

Responsibilities

  • Execute service, maintenance, installation, and repair activities for decanters and separators at customer sites across Turkey
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and support investigation reports to improve operational efficiency
  • Assemble and disassemble mechanical equipment including decanters, separators, homogenizers, valves, and pumps
  • Inspect operational, mechanical, electrical, and process aspects of systems
  • Document all executed work according to company service and reporting guidelines
  • Coordinate closely with service engineers and technicians to ensure compliance with quality and safety requirements
  • Propose and implement corrective actions to improve service performance levels

Requirements

  • Engineering degree (Mechanical Engineering preferred) or technician background with strong experience in Mechanical or Process Technology
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in field service and mechanical maintenance within industries such as Food, Dairy, Chemical, Pharma, or Energy
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Willingness to travel frequently to customer sites
  • Strong analytical thinking and a customer-oriented mindset
  • Completed military service (for male candidates)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Specialized process knowledge of separation technology
