Field Service Engineer

Responsibilities

• Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches
• Manage all on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks
• Diagnose technical problems and determine appropriate solutions
• Produce timely and detailed service reports and document processes
• Operate company vehicles safely and utilize field automation systems
• Build positive relationships with customers and provide appropriate technical recommendations
• Cooperate with the technical team to share information across the organization

Requirements

• Associate's degree or High School/GED with a Technical certification
• 2+ years of proven field service experience
• Experience with the calibration of balances and moisture analyzers
• Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment
• Familiarity with mobile tools and applications
• Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing work schedules
