Field Service Engineer

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair complex CNC machines and systems
• Perform precision installations of new state-of-the-art machinery
• Provide high-level customer service and build lasting client relationships
• Proactively identify and eliminate technical roadblocks to ensure customer productivity
• Manage territory travel Monday through Friday using a company-supplied van

Requirements

• Deep experience with CNC machinery or a strong mechanical and electrical background
• Proven track record in a service or maintenance environment
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 80% of the month within the assigned region

Preferred Qualifications

• Mechatronics certification or degree
• Machining certification or degree
• Engineering certification or degree
