About the role

Responsibilities

  • Install, troubleshoot, service, and maintain diagnostic imaging equipment at customer sites.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by meeting commitments, arrival times, and resolving technical needs.
  • Perform administrative duties including service work orders, expense reports, preventative maintenance (PM), and installation documentation.
  • Diagnose and resolve electronic, network, and mechanical problems using appropriate tools and escalation processes.
  • Travel approximately 70% of the time across the specified geography, including daily driving and occasional overnight stays.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a diagnostic imaging service environment or 3+ years in electromechanical industries.
  • Associate degree in electronics or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and networking theory.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, and on-call rotations.
  • Ability to safely work with radiation sources and wear required personal protective equipment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with diagnostic x-ray, cardiovascular, cath labs, or image-guided therapy equipment.
