Field Service Engineer

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical support, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and installation for X-ray systems
• Track and record service activities, including customer interaction and parts usage, with high accuracy
• Prepare for service visits by diagnosing issues and organizing parts to achieve first-visit resolution
• Address customer escalations and feedback to maintain trust and ensure timely resolution
• Identify potential sales opportunities or upgrades during service visits to support business growth
• Participate in a 24/7 duty rotation for DXR (Extended Service Window)

Requirements

• High School Diploma, Vocational Education, or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Medical, or Science
• Technical background in field service engineering
• Fluent in English and a good level of French
• Valid Driving license (B)
• Must reside in the Gent - Brussel area
• Strong communication, customer-facing, and organizational skills
