About the role
Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, service, and maintain medical imaging equipment at customer sites.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving issues efficiently and building strong client relationships.
- Diagnose and resolve electronic, mechanical, and network-related system issues using specialized diagnostic tools.
- Perform preventative maintenance, field changes, and installations within required timeframes.
- Complete all administrative and compliance tasks, including service work orders, expense reports, and documentation.
- Travel extensively (approximately 90%) to support customer sites, including overnight stays and national air travel.
Requirements
- 1+ years of diagnostic imaging service experience (field or hospital-based) or 3+ years in an electromechanical service environment.
- Associate degree in electronics or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and hands-on experience.
- Strong technical aptitude in electronics, mechanics, and networking principles.
- Ability to travel up to 90%, including overnight stays and national travel.
- Must reside in the Northwest territory (Northern California, Washington, or Oregon) and be located within one hour of a major airport.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting diagnostic X-Ray, Cath Labs, or Image-Guided therapy equipment.
- Proven ability to work in regulated service environments.
