Field Service Engineer Medical Equipment

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs, planned maintenance, installations, and calibrations of medical equipment within operating room environments.
• Diagnose technical malfunctions and provide high-quality solutions to maximize equipment availability.
• Provide professional on-site support and advice to customers, acting as a reliable partner for Getinge.
• Prepare accurate service reports for both internal and external use.
• Identify recurring faults and customer needs, reporting them to internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Service, Technical Support, Sales, and Product Specialist teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Promote a strong safety culture and adhere to all quality and safety guidelines.

Requirements

• MBO degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Field Service Engineer.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and documentation.
• Valid Driving License B.
• Fluency in both Dutch and English (written and verbal).
• Strong problem-solving skills with a structured and precise working style.
• Customer-oriented mindset and willingness to travel within the Netherlands.
