Field Service Engineer - Medical Devices

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical support, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and installation of medical imaging products and services.
• Document all service activities in detail, including diagnostics, resolutions, and test procedures to ensure traceability.
• Track and record customer interaction time, parts usage, and service outcomes in real-time with high accuracy.
• Adhere to regulatory guidelines and company standards while working with moderate independence to achieve first-visit resolution.
• Maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing a methodical approach to problem-solving.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Field Service Engineer, specifically with expertise in imaging equipment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (minimum B1 level).
• Current residency in Medellin, Colombia.
• Availability to travel within the country as required.
• A valid US visa is considered a desirable asset.
