Field Service Engineer

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-installations, installations, and maintenance activities for product identification and traceability equipment
• Deliver technical training to both internal teams and external customers
• Complete accurate service reports, including spare part usage, fault codes, and installed base data maintenance
• Promote service solutions to maximize customer uptime and support sales growth
• Collaborate with the Sales team to build strong customer relationships and assist in achieving revenue targets
• Travel to customer sites within the assigned area, with occasional national or international travel

Requirements

• Prior experience as a Field Service Engineer or Technical Service Engineer
• Technical degree or qualification in Electrical, Electronics, Networking, or Mechanics
• Fluency in Spanish and an upper-intermediate level of English
• Strong understanding of software logic and experience working with software
• Ability to technically assess issues and proactively advise on solutions
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Vision Cameras
• Strong interest in emerging technologies and a commitment to continuous learning
