Field Service Engineer Junior

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site installation, training, repair, and maintenance for medical equipment
• Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure optimal machine performance at client sites
• Build strong customer relationships through responsive technical support
• Coordinate with sales and dealer teams to support business growth
• Maintain service records, CRM updates, and field service reports accurately
• Manage spare parts, tools, billing, and service-related documentation

Requirements

• BE / B. Tech in Biomedical, Electronics, or Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering
• 2-3 years of experience in Medtech companies
• Experience handling medical equipment, preferably in the renal industry
• Strong problem-solving and customer relationship skills
• Basic English proficiency for reading manuals and technical documents

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior field service experience in healthcare or medical devices
• Familiarity with service contracts and spare parts sales
• Ability to work independently in an onsite environment
