Field Service Engineer

Responsibilities

• Install new medical and industrial microscopy and life science research systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and basic repairs on equipment
• Manage demo installation and deinstallation, including packing
• Deliver exceptional customer service while collaborating with healthcare professionals
• Document all technical activities in a timely and accurate manner

Requirements

• Associate degree, equivalent military training, or equivalent biomedical/technical field service experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Field Service Engineer (FSE)
• Previous experience in medical devices or the military
• Ability to travel regionally and nationally as required
• Valid US Passport for potential international training
• Active, unrestricted driver's license and access to a personal vehicle
• Proximity to a major or international airport (within 45-60 minutes preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in biomedical, networking, or military technician roles
• Experience working in a technical capacity within a healthcare environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and OneNote
