Field Service Engineer Infection Control

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs, planned maintenance, calibrations, and installations on medical sterilization and infection control equipment.
• Analyze and resolve technical malfunctions to maximize equipment availability for hospitals.
• Provide professional on-site customer support and act as a reliable partner for healthcare facilities.
• Prepare accurate service reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify recurring technical issues or customer needs and communicate them to Sales and Technical Support teams.
• Collaborate with product specialists and service colleagues to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Adhere to all applicable industry standards, guidelines, and safety regulations.

Requirements

• MBO degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Field Service Engineer (medical sector experience is a plus).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and diagrams.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
• Valid Driving License (Category B).
• Fluency in both Dutch and English (written and verbal).
• Willingness to travel throughout the Netherlands.
