Field Service Engineer - Imaging Systems

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by resolving complex technical issues and meeting commitments for diagnostic imaging systems
• Perform preventative maintenance, installations, and repairs involving electronic, network, and mechanical components
• Manage administrative duties including service work orders, expense reports, and regulatory documentation
• Collaborate with regional work teams to improve processes and identify training opportunities
• Travel within the Baltimore/DC area, including daily driving and occasional overnight stays

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in diagnostic imaging service or 4+ years in electromechanical industries
• Associate's degree in electronics or a similar discipline, or 4+ years of relevant experience
• Strong understanding of electronic, mechanical, and networking theory
• Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, and on-call rotations
• Ability to travel extensively and work in healthcare environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with IGT (Image Guided Therapy) or DXR (Digital X-Ray) modalities
