Field Service Engineer - Image Guided Therapy

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, service, and maintain image-guided therapy equipment at customer sites
• Provide exceptional customer service by meeting commitments and resolving technical needs effectively
• Perform preventative maintenance, installations, and Field Change Orders (FCO)
• Diagnose and resolve electronic, mechanical, and networking problems
• Manage administrative duties including service work orders, expense reports, and site documentation
• Travel approximately 70% across the specified geography, including daily driving and occasional overnight stays

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a diagnostic imaging service environment or 3+ years in a related electromechanical industry
• Associate degree in electronics or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong understanding of electronic, mechanical, and networking theory
• Ability to work flexible hours, including on-call, weekends, and extra hours as needed
• Ability to work safely with radiation sources and wear required personal protective equipment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience or training with Cath lab, cardiovascular, or image-guided therapy equipment
