Field Service Engineer II

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair Tablo Dialysis Systems at customer facilities or patient homes
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance, including calibrations and hardware/software upgrades
• Serve as a technical subject matter expert on the Tablo product
• Deliver first and second level technical support, including after-hours and weekend coverage
• Document all service activities and manage spares inventory within the ERP system
• Provide detailed feedback to R&D regarding product performance and serviceability
• Support Marketing and Sales with seminars, trade shows, or demonstrations

Requirements

• 5+ years of Field Service or industry experience
• Associates degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Fluidics (or military equivalent)
• Knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and fluidics components
• Ability to read and interpret electronic and fluidics schematic diagrams
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Ability to travel extensively within the United States, including overnight stays
• Ability to lift and move up to 75 pounds
