About the role
Responsibilities
- Maintain tool uptime and ensure excellent execution of installation and hardware support
- Provide technical troubleshooting and support for CVD, EPI, PEALD, and Furnace toolsets at client sites
- Develop and maintain relevant technical information for internal and external stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement of the customer experience through hardware, software, and support tool development
- Manage new product installations and subsequent hardware development projects
- Manage new evaluations and ensure project success
- Perform business travel as required to support client needs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline
- Proven success in building collaborative partnerships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment under tight deadlines and multiple priorities
- English language fluency is required for working with international clients and customers
