About the role

Responsibilities

  • Enhance customer experience by providing installation oversight and site-specific technical information
  • Deliver software services across pre-sales, post-sales, and service delivery support
  • Provide onsite support for customer break-fix activities and technical assistance to third-party providers
  • Utilize proactive monitoring techniques to identify and prevent potential technical issues
  • Resolve complex electromechanical and software issues using creative and effective approaches
  • Coordinate departmental work, mentor team members, and serve as an escalation point
  • Travel approximately 25% of the time, which may include out-of-state travel

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent commensurate work experience
  • 6-8 years of related work experience, preferably in customer support, systems, or mission-critical environments
  • Proficiency with hand and power tools
  • Strong knowledge of electromechanical systems and electronics fundamentals
  • Experience with Windows Server, Linux Red Hat, or relevant operating platforms
  • Ability to travel 25% of the time

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with HP products or industrial print technology
  • Knowledge of automation systems and test/diagnostic equipment
  • Familiarity with preventive maintenance and field service management protocols
