Field Service Engineer

Responsibilities

• Perform technical assistance at customer sites, including maintenance, installation, and FSCA
• Conduct preliminary inspections and site surveys for tenders
• Provide appropriate documentation to customers following each intervention
• Manage spare parts stock and replenishment to ensure availability for assigned products
• Maintain valid certifications for all assigned products and manage assigned tools/equipment
• Collaborate with local sales representatives to create synergies in the territory
• Contact customers to clarify technical issues and define visit schedules

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a similar field service technical role
• Technical product knowledge and strong problem-solving skills
• High school diploma or a technical/scientific degree
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Fluent Italian and basic English
• Ability to work onsite in Central-Southern Italy (based in or near Rome)
