Field Service Engineer

Responsibilities

• Perform repair, inspection, maintenance, and preservation work on infection control products (sterilizers and washer-disinfectors)
• Create and submit service reports, inspection records, and cost estimates
• Handle equipment installation, commissioning, and adjustment tasks
• Respond to customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary
• Collect and report product quality issues
• Manage service tools, measuring instruments, and company vehicles
• Provide training and support to users to ensure correct equipment operation and management
• Propose and implement periodic maintenance plans to customers

Requirements

• High school diploma or higher
• Basic technical skills in electricity, mechanics, and instrumentation
• Fundamental knowledge of cleaning and sterilization processes
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to interact with medical institutions and internal departments

Benefits

• Annual salary: 3.5 to 6 million JPY (determined by experience and skills, including bonuses)
• Monthly salary: 270,000 to 450,000 JPY (includes 30 hours of fixed overtime pay)
